At Samling Timber Malaysia, we manufacture a wide range of products including sawn timber, veneer, plywood, MDF, door facing, door, flooring and furniture at our timber production facilities in Malaysia. SAWN TIMBER
We produce high quality sawn timber and moulding products. Our Group also has forests concessions and industrial tree plantations in Malaysia that have obtained the forest management certification under the MTCC’s Malaysian Timber Certification Scheme (MTCS) which is endorsed by the Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification (PEFC). Our sawn timber and moulding products are of PEFC-COC certified.
PLYWOOD AND VENEER
Samling Plywood is one of the largest hardwood plywood manufacturers with a fast-expanding export market. Our plywood and veneer products are globally known for their tailored solutions, high quality and customer orientation.
Our Malaysian plywood manufacturing has received the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System certificates and MTCC’s MTCS PEFC endorsed Chain of Custody certificates. We produce JAS certified plywood for Japan. Our plywood is also in compliance with the CARB Phase 2 and EPA for export to USA.
PEFC certification endorses that Samling Plywood procures material and manufactures plywood from sustainably managed forests.
FLOORING
Wood flooring brings warmth, natural beauty and a timeless style to your space. Our high-grade manufacturing process and premium quality wood ensures our wood flooring is durable and resistant to wear and tear. We offer a versatile and exclusive range of engineered laminate and solid wood flooring to suit any interior.
We also have FSC Chain-of-Custody certified engineered wood flooring containing 100% FSC certified material.
FURNITURE
Samling Housing Products Sdn Bhd (SHP) manufactures high-quality and ready-to-assemble furniture to help create comfortable, stylish and beautiful homes. Our furniture combines design elegance and functionality for every space.
Our furniture products are principally made for the export market including Japan, the United States, the United Kingdom and Europe.
KITCHEN AND ACCESSORIES
AinoFurnishing Sdn Bhd “AINO” began operations in 2005, specialising in the retail of kitchen and wardrobe systems, and has since established itself in residential and commercial property development projects. These projects involve the design, supply and installation of kitchen, wardrobe and vanity systems, interior fit-out and timber flooring.

KITCHEN CABINET
Samling set up Prominent Target Sdn Bhd to produce kitchen cabinets using local Malaysian panel and sawn timber for the USA and Europe markets. We offer a wide spectrum of quality cabinetry products designed to satisfy every customer requirement.
DOORS & DOOR FACINGS
Samling established a joint venture with US based Masonite International Corporation for the manufacture and distribution of direct forming moulded door facings worldwide. We use premium quality materials combined with innovative design and unrivalled techniques in the manufacture of our doors and door facings.
Our designs are as functional and intuitive as they are beautiful. Crafted with exceptional skill, our door and facings deliver quality, beauty and performance that stands the test of time.
FIBREBOARD
Samling, in collaboration with our Japanese partners Daiken Corporation, manufactures medium density fibreboard (MDF) using Dipterocarp Tropical hardwood residues. Through its continuous innovation, research and development, now we are integrating sustainable wood species from planted forest such as acacia to create more advanced and eco-friendly MDF.
We have attained notable achievements, certified to Japanese Industrial Standard (JISA5905) Fiber Boards Certification, California Air Resources Board Certification for Composite Wood Products (CARB 93120(a) Phase 2), US Environmental Protection Agency Toxic Substances Control Act (EPA TSCA Title VI), ISO9001:2015 Quality Management System Certification and ISO14001:2015 Environmental Management System Certification.
WOOD PELLET
TreeOne MegaPellet Sdn Bhd converts wood chip materials from sustainable planted forest to wood pellet for industrial bio fuel and fuel for co-fire power plant. Our wood pellet gives high calorific value, low ash content, free from contaminants and low environmental impact. All our products are inspected by our quality control team. We have PEFC-COC Certificate for our wood pellet.
TOMP also received the prestigious Sustainable Biomass Partnership (SBP) certification from Control Union on March 3rd, 2023. The certification demonstrates TOMP's commitment to sustainability.
